Sowing

To reap you must sow. And that is what we do thanks to the year-round mild temperatures that allow us to ensure punctual deliveries and reliable supplies.

Quality control on the field

We constantly check our salads starting from the fields so as to make sure that they grow as best they can up to harvest time.

Harvest

When it’s time to harvest, either mechanically or manually, things must be done quickly. This is a fundamental step in guaranteeing product freshness. The salads are then cooled immediately after being harvested.

Storage and refrigeration

Rizzi Fresh can guarantee the top quality and long shelf life of its salads thanks to its modern vacuum cooling systems.

Quality control in the warehouse

Independent inspectors constantly check the quality of our products via lab tests.

Packaging and labelling

We offer our customers flexibility in the choice of packaging too: cartons, disposable plastic boxes, reusable containers such as IFCO and EPS or our own pool of reusable crates that are an environmentally sustainable and cost-effective solution.

Documentation and loading

We prepare a complete set of documents that meet international standards, we check the cargo before shipping and we provide a professional post-sales service to help our customers in every way.
